Hardee's - Yorktown

I wish I could evaluate it less than that. Extremely rude service. Lady always took our order confused because my friend first ordered and then I ordered. You don't understand our order, you have the wrong food. To tell them that our food was wrong and did not believe us, did not give a receipt for the order to show that we ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and had to go through the system to see that we did, in fact, to order that. Forever. Terrible service.

Not the fastest around, but definitely one of the latest

I thought the new Prime Rib Biscuit could be a contest for Chic Fila that was a few meters away. It wasn't. The cookie itself was small for Hardees. The main rib was cut so thin that you could hardly taste it and I think they only used half an egg. They must be better if they don't want all their business to go on to the competition. You need to ask why Chic Fila has wrapped cars around the building, even if they are more expensive.

The food was freshened as you ordered and it was very timely ready. Good service...

The lady who took my order was really rude. After each item we ordered she would say anything else in a condescending manner. We talked to Noah the manager at the window and let him know but it seemed like he could care less. I ate here a lot... However I will be going elsewhere from this point forward. i think the lady's name was Elaine or something anyhow based on the other reviews it seems like this is a reoccurring issue .
