Tim Hortons - Yorkton

I’m giving this Tim Horton location a 5-star rating thanks to Janice at the window! She always serves with a smile and brightens both my coffee and my day. Thank you for your kindness! It's not often you find someone like you at Tim Hortons. Your managers should be very proud of you!

The restaurant can be a bit short-staffed during busy times, but overall, most of their food and drinks are quite good.

Lots of coffee grains in coffee all time! 99.9% of time my order gets messed up in Morning......... either missing something on a breakfast sandwich or coffee is old.

Slow service inside. Drive-thru is a different ordeal every time. (UPDATE) Usually I don 't say much about fast food places, I 'm not a picky person whatsoever and usually take whatever is given to me without issue. I 've had issues with this this Tim 's about 6 times in a row now. Today (Aug.6,21) we came through to get two drinks. We were the only one 's in line at all, they got one of our drinks completely wrong after already kindly correcting them at the speaker. Then the younger lady brought the correct drink and spilled part of it all over my hand when she smashed it into my hand and closed the window. Not trying to be a Karen by any means, but the two younger girls that were working at 9:00pm gave the worst customer service I 've had in this town. Not trying to go on a rant, but it would be super awesome if they could pretend to like their job a little. UPDATE #2 Staff that was working on Aug.26 at 9:15pm was excellent

Twice I have not been able to get my roll up the rim. The staff never asked me for a Tim's reward card when I placed my order or at the window when I paid. So today I asked and rhey said I have to present my card before payment. So again they don't even ask I'm not satisfied.
