Went in to the west side of Yorkton,Had a line-up. At least a 6 /8 ppl &1 of 2 tills open Skip the line-up kiosk used that figuringSave some time NOPE!!!The 8 ppl in the line-up plus 4 other ppl.10 mins tops turned into 20 minsSkip the line just to sit n to be last outEven MC DONALD'S makes orders as they come in (in order)NOT TO MENTIONMY oder was 2 Almond Milk n 1 SugarCause I'm lactose intolerantAlmond milk leaves coffee more or less the same color.... this is clearly creamPhoto/video to fallow

Would have been 1 star but the 5am staff were great the 8 mornings I came in for a coffee. The evening staff are terrible at customer service and take forever to get in store orders completed.

This Tim Hortons is terrible. The coffee is always old and never hot. They don't add the sugar you ask for or stir your drink. Im afraid to order food because i got apple fritter donuts from there and the center was doughy and not baked. This place went downhill fast. I can't believe they're still open how bad the service and food is.
