Pizza Hut - Yorkton

Good pizza but very poor service. Sat at our table for quite awhile before they even brought us menus and asked what we wanted for drinks. Pizza took forever to get to our table.

The pizza was delicious and the staff was attentive. The restaurant was clean and the food arrived promptly and well-presented. I would definitely return again.

We purchased a fundraising coupon from our neighbor's son, which included a buy one get one free offer for Pizza Hut. I ordered a pepperoni and green pepper pizza, and received a Hawaiian pizza as the free one. The pepperoni pizza had very few pieces of pepperoni on it, and the Hawaiian pizza was lacking in cheese (almost none). Additionally, the two pizzas had different crusts even though I had requested regular crust on both. Despite the order being ready on time for pick up, I was disappointed with the quality of the pizzas.

Made an order got it delivered and it was COMPLETELY wrong! Not the first time this had happened either! Then when we called in they tried to argue it and say it’s our fault! We waited minutes to receive our first order then when...it arrived it was wrong we then had to wait another minutes and got treated like absolute GARBAGE When we requested to speak the the manager the lady on the phone said yes one minute AND THEN CAME BACK AS THE SAME PERSON TRYINoG TO CHANGE HER VOICE! When the new items arrived they wanted the old stuff back fine what ever (BUT THEY STILL AGAIN MESSED THE ORDER UP) we explained this and the driver called the store and the store manager said we were just trying to cause issues and it wouldn’t end with us... Do ur jobs and there wouldn’t be a don issue! This is the second time ordering and getting the same treatment first time we ordered xlarge pizzas and requested NO mushrooms due to severe allergies and all received mushrooms on them! When we called we got told we ordered them with mushrooms! No we did not we would never order something that would KILL one of our family members if digested we gave specific instructions on the severity with of the allergy had to argue with them for damn near minutes to get the appropriate pizzas while our one family member cried her eyes out because she couldn’t eat! WE WILL NEVER order from here again and have advised our friends and relatives of the treatment! Yorkton is a small town! Treat ur paying customers with respect because word gets around!

We are disappointed with how little topping they put on their pizza. We haven't been back for at least a year. We used to love their pizza when they put decent serving of toppings on them. We may try again to see if this has...improved.
