Tim Hortons - York

I pull up to return my coffee and the girl at the drive through yells sir we don 't accept coffee from other tim hortons . Are you kidding me???? I told her how dare you accuse me of coming from another tim hortons.All you guys do is take peoples money and yell next. Not 1 person in there knows how to take an order.

Majority of the places i go to pickup my coffee, coffee is not hot enough or they don't make the order the way I asked them to do. Moreover, after I drove off i found out my coffee too much sugar or cream and I have no time left to line up

Come on, people, it's the Timmy's . Get your coffee and donut ?, and ger on your way. Not rocket science. Hurry up in line.

This Tim Hortons is the worst managed location I've ever seen.The staff during the daytime are so confused too many on the front area.Nighttime staff (especially Pravmeet) are incredibly awesome really do a great job.(This Tim's gets VERY sketchy after dark, the while area just gets nasty full of crackheads drunks, many very nasty individuals hang out in the immediate area of this Tim's after dark.)The toaster is NEVER cleaned, ice capp machine is dirty, don't buy hot chocolate here, disgusting, I've had hairs in my teas hot chocolate, so many times that it's useless to complain.Bathroom door lock is far too high for wheelchair users management don't care at all.Outside wheelchair accessible door button is busted all the time, rarely functions.

WE ORDER A CINNAMON AND RAISIN BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND WE GOT A BAGEL WITH SEEDS ON IT. AND WE ORDERED 2 DUTCHIES AND GOT 2 WALNUT CRUNCH!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! MY MONEY IS REALLY TIGHT AND NOW I JUST WASTED IT BECAUSE THE PEOPLE AT THIS STORE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS!!! IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN GET NEW PEOPLE OR SHUT IT DOWN!!
