Papa Johns Pizza - York

I ordered online for pickup at this point. Unfortunately, the pizzas were burned up. The cheese was dried and not stretched. The ingredients did not taste fresh. I'd skip this place if you can.

Good pizza love the garlic sauce and pepper that comes with the pizza on the page, highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. From this location ordered tonight to try the new Papa Bowls. They received after they had already begun to eat they realized that the toppings on 3 of them were wrong. We didn't get the $1,20 scuba sauce. We continued to eat as it was past dinner time, we are hungry after a long day, like people who are usually order take-out. I called and a woman answered the phone, explained the situation. Was put into the grip several times. I was told that I was wrong and that the boxes that brought them together, but the blows were correct and that they themselves made the orders themselves. I explained that they were indeed wrong and I want a kind of compensation, whether there is partial refund, coupon a free pizza ANYTHING. I was told no, and the only thing she would do is send the driver back to get the food and send the right order, otherwise she could not help. We have been sitting with her back and forth because we haven't waited, and it wasn't for her to be able to do her work properly. At this point I was fed to repeat myself to someone who clearly cannot understand how to deal with a mistake that they made themselves as ?store manager?. I said I would contact the main office and ask for her name, then I was told to have a good night. I asked the name again and was then told to have a good night and was suspended. I mentioned earlier reviews and answers from the owners new owners with over 12 years experience and this is a joke if I have ever heard one. A manager with over 12 years of experience would never behave so that someone spends their hard-earned money in their business and business. They don't wash their hands. From dealing with money to make your pizza with their bare hands, long fingernails, no hair net, completely unlived.

Very delicious and fast delivery! Love the fresh ingredients and the peppers included in every order! Highly recommended
