Harvey's - York

From supposedly also being a Swiss Chalet and running out of chicken, and to repeatedly forgetting cutlerly and then to providing an order piecemeal so that burgers are cold by the time you get the poutine, this has got to be one of the worst Harvey's. Staff members are often rather 'dense' is the only word for it and service is not the best - not all staff members are like that but some of them move in slow motion. Really disappointing and we avoid it whenever possible.

I come to this Harvey's about 3 times a month. They are very friendly here and the environment and cleanliness is very good. The man who is usually on cash and takes the orders is really efficient and personable. The food is always fresh, hot and fast. To me, this is one of the better Harvey's restaurants that I have visited. Even though they are a chain, they are not all the same. I will definitely return and would recommend it to a friend if they asked where to eat in south Richmond Hill.

Tender burger, tasty fries, super onion rings, and scrumptious poutine with lots of gravy and cheese curds.
