Cravins Caribbean Grill - York

Have been here with work colleagues four times now and have tried the Curry chicken roti (seemed like a lot of potatoe), curried goat on the bone (it was best when it was the lunch special on Friday's) and the Jerk pork (very good). Had the curried goat one time when it was not the special and it was very grisly and not alot of flavour. Ended up throwing out most of the dish. Not the same experience when it is the special. I would have given a higher rating if it were not for the experience with the curried chicken roti and the one experience with the curried goat on the bone.

I have been here at least 4 times. I usually pick up rotis for the family. We usually get chicken and a goat roti. Remind my of Trinidad every time I come here. Haven't tried any thing else on the menu. Nice clean place with friendly staff.

Stopped in for lunch. Went for the Chicken Roti, it was very good. I will try a rice and curry or jerk dish next time I'm in the area.

Very simple interior, nothing fancy, you have to get your cutlery by your self, but the food is delicious, portions is very big, and service was very friendly and fast. And the prices very low. Four people with drinks we paid $60.Certenly will come again, I recommend this place for Caribbean food lovers.

If you love Caribbean curries and jerk chicken or pork then this is a great spot. This small quaint restaurant does the little things great for a hot table meal. I have eaten here a few times and everything I have had, I have enjoyed.
