The food was excellent, but they don't honor OpenTable reservations, which resulted in us waiting over half an hour to be seated.

Jamie was an excellent waitress. She was attentive and friendly without being overly intrusive.

We had a reservation for 5:45 PM, but we weren't seated until 6:20 PM. Aside from that delay, the experience was excellent.

Tried to do call a head seating but could only do it on line . We had too big of a party to do it on line . Didn’t give options or prompts . We ended up calling and going through the manager . We had a nice room to ourselves which was great. Service was extremely slow . Had 2 wait staff but there didn’t check on us . Waited 20 minutes just to get our drinks . Overall the service was only ok . Has really gone downhill over the past several years .

Felt sorry for employees. They were putting forth a good effort. However the lobster tank was making a horrible grinding noise and many people were complaining about it as it was very annoying. Also, it was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. Management should do better for their customers and their employees.
