Bojangles' - York

I attempted to cancel an app order when I discovered they charge a $0.50 convenience fee for placing a drive-thru order. That’s just crazy. You've lost me as a customer—this feels like robbery, in my opinion.

Exceptional Management and Staff! John Smiley is an outstanding General Manager, and Linda Rumfelt is a fantastic Assistant Manager. The breakfast team is incredible—this is by far the best Bojangles I've ever visited, no question about it!

The drive-thru line wrapped around the building, but we managed to get through in a reasonable amount of time. It could have been faster, but it wasn't too bad overall. There were a lot of police in the area since it's located right by the county jail, which makes me feel a bit uncertain.

Went here for the first time and fell in love with their chicken. I order chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and when I opened their mashed potato container I was shocked to see white gravy and it tasted absolutely perfect.

Went by bojangles this morning wait was bad food not made properly and if I would have know who your manager was I would have never gone there. I knew him from a previous job across the street and he is rude and disrespectful. He obviously remembered mebecause he handed me my change and shut the drive through window hard. But now I know he works there I wish all the employeesgood luck because when he wants you gone he will do anything to get rid of you. I'll never go there again.
