Auntie Anne's - York

You can imagine the worst experience. First of all, the group that thinks about her job as a hangout tonight instead of a job. They had hardly prepared food. Even the manager is childish and starts the jokes, horse play and encouraged loud to be very disturbing. You can hear that they're all joking around and they're so loud that you can hear them over the croud and from far away into the store. The most unprofessional group I've ever experienced. It's like eating a bad joke of a place! Moreto State, but it meets to leave that... Overheard a guy state the pretzels were smaller than normal and he was right! They are like 2/3 to 1/2 the normal size. I'll never be here again!

Went here Sunday around 4pm, all they had was 3 premade cups with cinnamon pretzel bites, asked them if we could get anything else, they said dough was rising and would take 30 minutes? Seriously? They had all day to make and get that dough to rise !? And at 4 in evening still nothing...These places are so incompetent nowadays it's not even funny.

They make the BEST pretzels ever!! That's my opinion. They're warm n if you want cinnamon they put that on them. Love them.

Was in the store inside the Walmart watched an employee scratch his hair play with his phone and touch his face mask many of times. He gets mad at me cause I asked him to watch his hands. As I left he screamed a comment didn't quite hear what was said, but his customer service sucks.

Love Auntie Anne's. Pretzels are great. Always hot, and nice and soft. A little on the pricey side, but they always have deals. Their dips are great and I'm excited to try their smoothies!
