Arby's - York

I only visited the drive-thru, but it was quite quick. I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich, and it was delicious. The bread was slightly warm and exceptionally fresh. The orange cream milkshake was a real treat! The employee at the window was very friendly.

The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant still maintains the same great atmosphere I remember from when I worked there. I rated it 4 stars only because the lobby is currently closed.

My wife and I visited the East York location, store #6966, this afternoon. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the behavior of a supervisor named Tyler. He was extremely disrespectful and demeaning towards his employees, using inappropriate and offensive language in front of customers. No one should have to work under such a supervisor. Despite this negative experience, I’m giving a 5-star rating because I genuinely enjoy Arby's and will continue to visit in the future.

The food was delicious, and the waitstaff were extremely friendly and attentive.

I absolutely love the Jalapeño poppers! The Bronco Berry Sauce is outstanding—it's so delicious that they should consider bottling it and selling it.
