The Rose Crown - York

My twin brother stepped and I were in the pub, the lawrence street when we decided to fall into the rose crown pub, a pub that is a special favorite of ours. this is such a traditional pub,interior is excellent, a solid wood can beservable dominates the main room,big furnishings and furnishings in this multi-room pub,tw’s, to enjoy the sport and many seating options, kossy best fass this pub. we were here on an icy cold night, pub was warm and absolutely packed,quiz night,big atmosphere, we were warmly welcomed by a very pleasant merciful, we had a study about their real ale’s and we both decided to have timothy taylor’s brewery rentals vibrate, these pale ale’s were served in excellent condition, pub my pale ale was really good, a golden, crisp,hoppy ale,hints of toffee, a delicious aroma and aftertaste, like a refreshing pale ale, it was just so good in such a beautiful pub enjoying a quality really ale. we both really enjoyed that our mate album is in here before we went on and as with any other visit in the rose crown pub we had a great time. the rose crown pub is easy to find along the lawrence street. opening hours are;Monday to Thursday, open from Sunday, open from midday. a great pub, one of whom I recommend to visit when they are in the opposite or plan to visit this historic city.

Beautiful pub with really nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. ideally located if you need a stop after the show in barbican, but only outside the city walls as well as for the rest of york. room was clean and very comfortable, good breakfast recommended.

I can't comment on eating because we had no order. the beer was delicious, very fresh and well kept. I had a pint of jankee from the rooster brewery, an American style pale ale made by an independent local brewery. the pub itself was welcoming and friendly, with a traditional interieur. the service was provided by a very jolly bar lady.

The first time in york for a birthday contract traveled from n wales. remained in the rose and krone. good, what a great place, friendly staff. excellent eating breakfast and dinner and great atmosphere in a beautiful pub. the room was perfect and 6 minutes to walk to the center. thank you for your hospitality rose and crown. diolch

We found this pub by accident,but we were blown away by the meals we had.Lovely atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff.And a secluded beer garden at the back.Cant wait to visit again soon.
