Tasty House - York

AVOID !! The food is utterly disgusting. Borderline inedible. It doesn’t matter what you order because everything tastes the same, tasteless. Beef satay is basically curry sauce with bits of pineapple bamboo. Cheap ingredients not cooked fresh, I’m amazed this place is still open.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The male staff wearing spectacles was the worst I have ever seen in 33 years of working in different countries. No words to describe the creep. They can go to hell.

We had a takeaway from here tonight and we were very impressed, everything was fresh and tasty, I would definitely recommend York tasty house.

Very meh. Needed an adrenaline shot of flavour. This is the chow mien. Looked anaemic. Tasted fresh but just needed correctly seasoning. Lots of improvement space for this dish. Will try something else again soon.

I always order sweet sour chicken balls with chips as well as chicken chow mien with egg fried rice.. perfect every-time. Don't really explore the menu much as when I have, it has never been great. It's only round the corner from me so it's pretty convenient, apart from Monday Tuesday when it's shut!
