Kennedy's Bar Restaurant - York

Another little visit to my favourite bar eatery in York : as usual it did not disappoint …except my favourite waiter Tommy was no where to be seen. I had the Scampi chips which was lovely, it was accompanied by a gorgeous glass of Picpol which the wonderful Xenia helped me pick out by letting me taste a few. Very nice touch. I enjoyed the music atmosphere as I always do. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting so close to the minister where i went later to listen to a choir. Hope to visit again soon bring back Tommy !

Visited York for a friends 30th and had a fantastic time at this venue. The door staff were so professional, polite and very accommodating. What I was especially pleased with, was I wasn’t discriminated against for wearing certain branded clothing. Shout out to Liam (door-staff) for showing me his duck!

Fabulous roast dinners in great environment with live music. Very tasty roast pork and beef. Plenty of options for gluten free too.

Went here years ago and thought we’d revisit as we were eating around the corner at Las Iguanas. It’s a nice venue, doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard. Little bit pricey but good vibes make it justified. Great post dinner venue for a dance.

I held a big birthday party event in March 24, and cannot praise enough the Kennedys team for their organisation, pre-party in suggesting ideas through to the perfect organisation and planning on the night. The bar team were exceptional, the canopes provided were fabulous and many of my guests fed back on how good the food was. The atmosphere was fantastic and Kennedys team know how to create a party!
