Love Ramen - Yorba Linda

Delicious ramen with good prices. The Tonkotsu Black had great flavor and quality pork, and included good toppings.Will definitely come back.

Have you ever gone to a restaurant and left with so many questions...? I don't usually leave negative reviews but I feel I need to on this one.... The main reason we came here was seeing a 4.8 star rating on Google. It was misleading! Please check review dates. Many things can change.Time of visit: around 1:30pm, Sunday, we were the only customers1. Cleanliness: no soap and paper towels in the men's bathroom (not sure what staff and chef use without these).2. Outdoor furniture: wooden benches are rotted and warped from rain/moisture. We chose the indoor booth.3. Service: The server didn't know what ingredients were in the drinks when asked. She said she wouldn't know because she wasn't the one making them. She said the fruit teas were made with fresh fruits, but there were no traces of fresh fruits and teas tasted like flavored mixed tea (not like the picture on previous reviews). The sushi combo didn't come out until my son and husband had almost finished their ramen. Then, they ran out of salad in the kitchen but she didn't inform us when we ordered the combo that came with a salad. When we asked about the salad, first she said it didn't come with salad, then we told her the menu said so... She finally told us they ran out of salads but didn't offer any substitution. Then, she gave us a check while I had just started eating. We noticed she charged us the full price for the combo that had no salad. We asked her about that. She seemed puzzled and said she would ask someone for us.4. Food Quality: Tonkatsu ramen w/cheese was good but the spicy ramen lacked flavor. The salmon tasted fishy and the wasabi had no flavor. When we told the server that the salmon was fishy when she gave us the check, she said she would let the chef know. She asked if I wanted to order something else. I said no. She came back without saying a word and literally grabbed the tray from me and walked away. We didn't know what was going on. My husband called her and said she wasn't finished... She kept walking. She came back with the new check without the charge for the combo. We asked her why she took our food, she said the chef needed to smell it or something... Okay...Again, so many questions.
