Jersey Mike's Subs - Yorba Linda

This location is fantastic! They are consistently attentive, and they recognize me as soon as I arrive to pick up my online order. Even though I live closer to another Jersey Mike's, I take the time to come to this one because they don’t overload my sandwich with my customizations like the other location does. Food: 5/5

Terrible service! I walked in and ordered a sub, but was completely ignored for about 10 minutes. My order ended up getting mixed up with an online order that was put on hold, and I had to wait even longer. To make matters worse, the person behind me was served and paid before I even got my sub. There were no apologies for the delay, just a lot of attitude. I won't be coming back here again.

When we entered, the restaurant wasn't busy and the staff seemed to be chatting amongst themselves. However, once we reached the order window, they were very attentive. This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's, and I was impressed by how friendly the employees were; it was clear they genuinely enjoyed their work. I will definitely be back! The sandwiches were fantastic!

This is the Best Jersey Mikes! I order Jersey Mikes quite frequently and have ordered online from them all over including other states. This Jersey Mikes follows my special requests including asking for light lettuce for my 90 year old dad who has a hard time eating his sandwich but he still loves it . They label the sandwiches by name which I include on my online order. Just that alone makes it so easy to know who gets what sandwich without trying to open up each one and see. The bread is hit or miss here. Sometimes you get a rock hard one later in the day.
