Saw Mill Road Diner - Yonkers

I've had several issues with my orders at this restaurant lately, and the food quality has really declined. The last time I visited, I found a hair in my French fries, and today the honey mustard they gave me tasted off, almost spoiled. I've had their honey mustard before, and it was much better than what I received this time. Additionally, the customer service is lacking, and the food takes a long time to come out. Overall, I’m quite disappointed.

This restaurant is fantastic! It’s much larger than it appears from the outside, and it has a clean, classic diner vibe. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely stop by for their burgers and breakfast—you won’t be disappointed. As for parking, there’s free parking available across the lot, and finding a spot nearby is also easy.

A friend of mine ordered a sandwich with hot sauce and, to his dismay, found the cap from the hot sauce bottle in the sandwich. While the sandwich itself was enjoyable, finding the cap—something that has been touched by so many people—is simply unacceptable.

Honestly the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The first step inside already displayed its lovely atmosphere and seats were incredibly comfortable. Even the waiters bring a positive vibe and regularly check up on you, the food itself alone would have made this rating 4 stars. The restaurant is clean and so is the bathroom. 100% would recommend. Had the Latino panini and it was excellent just the right amount of heat, my wife had the gyro and onion rings and she enjoyed it very much. Onion rings were some of the best we've ever had. Great service and good pricesParking: Free lot across the street and metered street parking
