La Bella Havana - Yonkers

Here is amazing. the food presentation is great and the food taste delicious. the atmosphere is soothing and relaxing and the customer service is excellent. everyone was professional, attentive and cordial. I am a fan of this wonderful restaurant! I recommend this place to everyone. my family and I were very happy.

Eating is good and service is friendly. it is a small place, but it gets a lot of customers. they make sure their experience is unforgettable.

Last week I took my son for dinner at this eatery. The taste of the dishes we ordered were less than adequate. The food was definitely not Cuban, it was a poor imitation of it, and too pricey for the value delivered. The service quality was ok, that’s until we received the check. After reviewing the bill, I gave the waitress my credit card and as usual I inspected the check once again to leave a tip and sign. Much to my surprise she did not include a copy of the original invoice, as it’s customary in every restaurant that I’ve been. Rather, I only received the credit card invoice and was shocked to see that not only they had added a tip but the charge reflected a 50% overcharge! Obviously I complained and would’ve thought it was an honest mistake. However, given that she fail to bring the original invoice AND that they automatically added a tip made me suspicious. Mind you, I’m accustomed to see a tip added by the restaurant but only when serving a group of people not just 2 diners. Watch out for billing “mistakes” if you dine at La Bella Havana”.

Went to la Bella Havana yesterday. I was on the quest for for some fun, yet strong drinks and I sort of found some. I loved that they had a bunch of drink specials which were all super affordable. With that being said, some of the drinks were REALLY sweet. We asked the waitress who was doubling as the bartender to water the drinks down and she did just that ... with non FLAVORED RUM. LOL With that being said I definitely left Bella Havana tipsy and turnt. In regards to the food, it was pretty good. The atmosphere was pretty cool too. I love the nice touches of Cuban peaces and the blown up picture of Havana in the front of the restaurant(I thought it was a painting). I'm glad I checked this spot out. I'll probably be back at night.

Great service! the chefs were generous enough to make a vegetarian court for my partner. they really enjoyed it. the pina coladas were delicious. highly recommended
