I had a terrible experience at the Irish coffee shop in Yonkers and I highly recommend not visiting this establishment. The service was incredibly slow and the staff appeared uninterested in assisting customers. The coffee itself was lukewarm and tasted burnt, which was very disappointing. Furthermore, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns to the manager, they were dismissive and unapologetic. They insisted that the coffee was made correctly and refused to acknowledge the poor quality and taste. This level of customer service was completely unacceptable. I had high expectations for this place, as a fan of Irish coffee, but I left feeling extremely let down and unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this coffee shop and I strongly caution others against wasting their time and money here.

I hope the management takes action to address this unacceptable behavior and ensures it does not happen again. I urge potential customers to consider other options that prioritize inclusivity and respect for all patrons. It is important for businesses to create a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their background.
