Arby's - Yonkers

Delicious reminds of the Big Mac in McDonald's. I high recommend everyone to try it. Would gladly order this meal again.

I ordered an Arby's Roastbeef Sanmeal Meal which includes French Fries and a Soda and I also a Chocolate Shake. When my order arrived the Chocolate Shake was missing and had a paid $7.95 plus tax for it and the entire meal was cold and hard!

I love the Jalepeno poppers but its seems like everytime I order they never send me the sauce that goes with it which to me makes the poppers taste really good. So its anno and they dont allow you to leave comments so I cant remind them to include it.

Reuben was good. Need to put the meat crust to crust of the bread.

I 've really tried to give this location a chance because I used to live in Fresh Meadows and that location has it together. The owner did a bad job of marketing this place and the location has now gone further down hill. Today there was no soap dispenser of any kind in the bathroom. There was also a handwritten sign at the register in quotes no ketchup no lemonade no curly fries . I then proceeded To order Jalapeño bites but that was out as well. Most of the tap soda was also out. I decided to order 2 roast beef sandwiches and when I received them I asked for horsey sauce snd guess what they were out of that as well. It 's a bad reflection on the Arby 's corporation because I believe they have a great product. I will say the staff are always pleasant but guess I will have to go back to the Fresh Meadows location next time I get a craving for Roast Beef.
