I haven't eaten anything for the whole day because my day was hectic, i went there already starving. I was the only customer but the order took 35 minutes to prepare for only an egg and an ample of fried pork which didn't even fill my hunger. Too pricey too, and so many mosquitos. The name Top Silog District made me expect that they have good breakfast food. We went here at 9AM but the place seem to be not ready to accept customers. We ordered a plate of tocino (sweet pork), egg, rice and corned beef, egg and rice. We didn't get our food until after 25mins. There were only 2 occupied tables in the restaurant but the kitchen seemed busy. The servers were preparing plates of breakfast food in one table which we thought were for us but it was for guests at Sebastien hotel that pre-ordered food. When we finally got our food, it was a disappointing sight (see photos). It was nothing special since the corned beef is obviously from the can and the tocino is prepackaged.
