Haven Pizza - Yoakum

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unhelpfulness of the staff. When we walked in, the young man at the front, who appeared to be about 16 and had a dark complexion, didn’t greet us at all. Instead, he just stared at us unfriendly when we asked for ice cream shakes. His customer service was lacking, and I ended up asking him what his problem was and if our money was welcome there, as he seemed to imply that we didn’t belong. After expressing my intention to leave a negative review and mentioning that the empty restaurant might be a reflection of his rude behavior, we decided to leave.

Kids running the place w/o a sense of urgency. Food was mediocre at best. Kinda yucky! My apologize!

The shop is beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly nice and helpful.

I really like the ambiance and the concept of the restaurant, but I noticed that the pizzas were made with frozen crusts. While the pizza itself isn't bad, I think fresh dough should be used, especially given the prices. Additionally, the chicken was cold and not very enjoyable.

The worst service I 've received in a year and a half. The first half of the order trickled out in 25 minutes. After 45 minutes we asked for the second half of the order 'to-go '. The fastest thing that happened while we were there : me getting myself a beer. This shouldn 't result in someone losing a job. This should result in better training and a refund.
