Chateau Yering

We were on Saturday afternoon, we were 4 adults. the location is really nice and the personal was really nice. Unfortunately, eating was not good at all. we had the Italian style burger, the sweetburger, the gerstensalat and calamari. that was not fresh at all. the Burger bung looks like a few days, the calamari was very fish and the salads had no taste. was very disappointed. the place has so much potential, only need to update the menu and possibly a new cook or fresh ingredients.

We had breakfast here as part of the Go Wild Ballooning package. It was all you could eat cereal and toast and some deli style meats and cheese as well as one main breakfast. I had bircher muesli and wholegrain toast followed by the big breakfast. A flat white was included. Overall it was quite good. Mish

Been here a few times and it is a bit hit and miss. One time the food blows you away and the next time you are totally underwhelmed! The restaurant itself is beautiful though and very light!

This place was overpriced and portions too small. Staff did not think to provide us with kids menu even though we had 2 young children dumb. Couldn't find 1 line of juices, soft drinks on a 15 page drinks menu der. Had to wait 50 minutes for our tiny dishes. Kids threw tantrum after waiting so long and hungry further contributed to bad experience. Bill contained errors. Decor is pretty bad. Cane/bamboo furniture... really? Toilets were nice. Clean with awesome towels. Overall, don't recommend. Go elsewhere.

Nice restaurant located inside the chateau Yering historic house hotel. The conservatory style Restaurant decorated with bamboo chairs and wooden tables. The service was good. The food was average. It was a little bit small portion because the price is quite expensive. The fish and pie dish was very yummy and The pasta dish was good.
