Impresso Restaurant Cafe Bar - Yerevan

The atmosphere is very cozy but the cuisine is subpar. I usually get a cake and that's it. Good place to set up your laptop or hang out with a small group.

Why I'm not giving 5 stars is that when paying and at first thinking about whether and how much to tip, then remembering there was a service charge, I was told the service charge doesn't go to the waitstaff. WHAT? Either it goes to waitstaff and I was lied to, or the owner's ripping off their employees. Bad in both cases, worse in the second. We were satisfied, the charging outlets work, you can sit here and work on a laptop. Portions are weirdly small, the omelette was made from 1 egg or 2 small ones, quite surprising for 1500 dram.

Expensive selection with very small portions. Omelette was probably made from max 2 eggs, impresso breakfast portion was also very underwhelming. For such high prices I expected much more. Service charge of 10% but the staff told us they this charge does not go the them. There are electrical sockets though so it's possible to work here quite comfortably.

Working hours inaccurate. At 8 the door was open but no lights inside. A man sleeping on the sofa woke up and said it's opening at 10. Very disappointing, since there are only few places in Yerevan for early morning breakfast. So for such you better look somewhere else.

I went there since in google maps was written that the place is open. They were inside, but kicked me out, said that they are closed! Did not even offer me to wait or anything! Very bad service. It is 9:20 and coffee shop is not even open, what time should people get morning coffee ? Afternoon?
