Steve James - Yeovil

He arrived promptly so we could start dinner around 7 PM, bringing everything needed (and I mean everything!). We had the game terrine for starters, duck for the main course, and caramel panna cotta for dessert—all of which were absolutely incredible. My partner and I agreed that it was one of the best meals, if not the best meal, we’ve ever had, prepared by an exceptionally professional chef. To top it all off, Steve even handled the cleanup, leaving the place spotless! The entire evening was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I look forward to organizing more culinary experiences with Steve James in the future!

Steve prepared a fantastic three-course dinner for me and my colleagues. The service was incredibly professional, and the food was exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything so delicious with such a variety of flavors. Without a doubt, I would hire Steve again, and I highly recommend him to everyone!

Steve, her kitchen was the highlight of our 20th anniversary weekend at Surridge Agriturismo. We began our meal with beautifully presented beetroot darts and green salads. For the main course, we enjoyed individual beef wellingtons, which were exquisite—very tender meat encased in perfectly fluffy pastry. The individually designed petits fours were simply delightful, featuring what were probably the best brownies I've ever tasted. The nougat was also a delicious treat. The cheese board exceeded our expectations, both in variety and portion! Our group included a few cheese enthusiasts, and they were genuinely impressed with the selection and eager to try some new varieties. Throughout our time there, Steve's customer service was exceptional; everything was smooth and effortless. He even made an appearance when we were relaxing and took care of our leftovers, ensuring the kitchen looked better than it did when he arrived! It was truly a wonderful evening. I really hope to return to this beautiful place and have him cook for us again.

Had prepared a wonderful meal of steve and cooked for my 40th birthday family together. steve was easy to communicate with before and was very helpful to sort from our menu. on the day itself he was friendly, efficient and very neat. eating was delicious and well presented inspiring excellent comments from all guests. it made a perfect evening for us to relax and enjoy high-quality eating with good business. thanks, steve.

Steve catered my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed a delicious 5 course meal, tailored towards our tastes and food intolerances- perfectly executed by Steve. Correspondence and organisation was simple, dinner was cooked seamlessly around our evening timetable and the kitchen was spotless afterwards. Thanks Steve
