Australian Yass Bistro

We (3) had the pork sausages w mash caramelised apple, chicken schnitzel, coleslaw and chips and rib eye, chips n salad. The schnitzel was obviously made (crumbed pan fried) here (not frozen and deep fried); the rib eye was the best I’ve ever eaten. Sausages were just what the doctor ordered. And on top of the the background music segued from Fat Freddy’s Drop into Steely Dan. What more could you want?! Highly recommend for a meal.

The staff are fantastic, the food in the bistro is great the beds in the rooms are comfortable. The rooms are spotless this is our 3rd time to stay here. We love coming back.

Sam and Kendal were great hosts. Stayed with my 2 boys and they looked after us very well. Bistro has good food and they could not be more helpful.
