The Tea Lounge Hyatt Canberra

We stayed 2 nights to celebrate our belated anniversary, the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was spotless. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. And our concierge (gentleman who brought our bags) was so friendly and lovely!!

A beautiful hotel and immaculately maintained. The service is second to none from check in, room service, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, concierge and check out all our interactions with the staff were excellent. Like nothing I’ve yet to experience at another 5 star hotel.

Nothing short of amazing! Myself and my bridesmaids had the privilege of getting ready for my wedding at the Hyatt as well as spending my wedding night there. The staff are friendly and professional. It was a beautiful surprise to return to our room that night to a chocolate platter, wine and rose petals and towel swans on our bed!

High tea is always an event at the Hyatt. Plenty of gluten free choices, a ridiculous number of teas to choose from and they even did vegan selections for the birthday girl. I highly recommend going and partaking in the fabulosity!

Lovely weekend at this beautiful old world hotel ... Helpful friendly staff , beautifully appointed room , breakfast choices amazing . Great bar with open fire and welcoming staff . Highly recommend
