Mili - Yaroslavl

Our local friend invited us Muscovites to dine at this restaurant in September and it was a fantastic evening. We enjoyed a Brazilian salad, Causa Rellena with salmon, mackerel ceviche, caldaro fish soup, chorrito chorizo mussels, and a bread basket. We also had drinks like mors and a fabulous Chardonnay Reserve from Golubitskoye Estate in southern Russia. The food was delicious, the ambiance was lovely, and our waitress Dasha was excellent. Overall, it was a culinary extravaganza and we thought the bill of RUR 5,800 (approximately USD 65) was fair. We highly recommend this restaurant as one of the best in town, they even offer free guarded parking.

I was there in October to have lunch with my business partner who 's from Yaroslavl '. Actually, it was him who recommended the place. Not exactly in the center, it is still well worth visiting. Definitely one of the best in town! There 's an open air terrace there but due to inclement weather we chose to sit inside. Cozy, trendy, amicable. We took salmon salad, Arctic cisco stroganina (raw, thin, long sliced frozen fish, served with spices , two tartiflettes (though with brie, not with reblochon and two beers. The food was just extraordinary. Crème de la crème de la crème!!! Their chef is a wizard, really! Service was impeccable too. Our lunch cost us ca. RUR 2,500 which roughly equals USD 40 which, in its turn, is just nothing for such yummy food and great impression experienced. Strongly recommended! (They also offer a free guarded parking to their guests. Mili pronounced as mee lee means miles in Russian, by the way.

Our family often visits this restaurant on birthday. We like atmosphere which gives relaxation and comfort for us. The waiters are very friendly and help us to choose dishes. This restaurant regularly chances carte and offers cuisine from all over the world. Most of the dishes are balanced and unusual. I highly recommended non-alcoholic limonade. The wine carte is very reach and wines are excellent. Thanks for great restaurant of European grade in our city!

In our small and beautifull city not so many places, where you can sit and eat with pleasure. Restourant Mili one of this places. Peacefull design, tasty food and nice waiters, which can help you with your choise. Restourant has realy big assortiment of dishes, so you can chose whatever you want.

This place is incredibly good. The extensive menu has very high end delicacies from around the world. I was suspicious of this at first, because sometimes foreign foods are not done so well in Russia. This place proves that wrong. The atmosphere seems like a very high end restaurant, and although I felt a bit underdressed, the servers still treated us with respect and it was no problem. I would be comfortable taking high end business clients here as well as special occasions, its impressive. Sure, it costs more than your average restaurant in the area, but that said, the prices are VERY reasonable, again, for the quality of the food and the atmosphere I would have expected to pay MUCH more than we did. We sampled from different parts of the menu, and my Kansas style brisquet was delectable and tasted as good as nearly any barbeque place I 've been. The french onion soup was served with a flourish of liquid nitrogen, and was done very well also. The 1 liter limonades are an excellent non-alcoholic choice as the very attentive server returns to fill your individual glasses as you drink it. They also have a high quality full service bar. My wife enjoyed a Turkey and quinoa dish, and also it was probably the least favorite thing we ordered, it was still excellent and presented in a unique fashion. The menu was extensive and we would have to return to try more of the offerings (which we will be very happy to do! yes they also have an english menu and it is of equal high quality.
