The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is impeccable. I went there and found the prices to be quite reasonable.

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. There was a French expatriate there who I can only thank. When we arrived, we were accompanied by the police who were trying to arrest us. We told them that a minister was waiting for us in the restaurant, and he played along, claiming that the minister was at his table, very angry and waiting for us! The police officer, who had no real reason for wanting to arrest us other than for money, ended up excusing us.
