They refuse to be responsible for issues with online ordering. Employee thought I would leave without my $30 worth of sandwiches. I made him phone his manager and make my sandwiches. Don't go here. Customer service is terrible.
Don't go there, my sandwich was cold, as i ordered i hot melt. only one half of my sandwich had any meat, but enough onions that your mother wouldn't kiss you.
This place had always been pretty good but be forewarned if using the app. On August 1 I ordered a meal for $9.10. I got emails that it was ready but when I went to pickup I was told by staff they had no food nor enough workers so I would not be getting my order. Since I used the app they would not refund me. 30 days later I'm still fighting with Subway and PayPal to try and get my refund for a sandwich that I never got. I was able to quickly get a delicious sandwich from Jersey Mike's and continue to the beach one hour later than planned. Not happy.
Excellent customer service from the two ladies behind the counter. The cell application was easy to use and team members knew their subs. The company should eat meatballs.
