More as faster service than fast. tasty. friendly staff

The cashier wasn’t very friendly. Ordered custard after our meal and I had to show her a picture of the product (the Cherry Chip Butter Cake Concrete Mixer), put the incorrect size in, and then there wasn’t any cherry in our concrete mixers. It took 10 minutes for them to make 2 small concrete mixers, and it took 5 of them to do so. And they still got it wrong. We were given a chocolate chip butter cake concrete mixer. It was still good, but not what we ordered. Other than that, it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean and well stocked in the drink area.

Always a friendly environment but recently had chicken that was still cold and pink. Shakes are amazing though.

Was pretty busy at noon time when we arrived, orders were taken in timely fashion, but had to wait super extra long for our food for some reason. Probably not always that slow at getting food out, I understand it was meal time. Hopefully that was just why. We love Culver's that's why we went!

Went through drive through. Food took a very long time to come out. My burger and fries were only luke warm and my husband was missing his cheese curds. Had to turn around to get missing item. Figured they were short staffed, but was not the case. There had to have been 10 to 12 people behind the counter. They all looked very disorganized. It looked like only one or two were really working.
