Scooter's Coffee - Yankee Hill

I ordered an Americano with an extra shot and it tasted like water. This is my go to drink and it was awful. I took it back up and the girl was so rude. She said we can't take it back or exchange it because you drank out of it. I asked her how you are supposed to know if it's bad if you don't taste it. She basically said to bad and was super snotty. I will not be going there again. Had to throw it away and was out the money. You don't get that treatment at Starbucks !

Went to order my coffee as usual, except the cashier was too busy talking to the security guard that was leaning against the wall. Was waiting 10 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Not the first time I’ve visited and the workers are too busy talking to the same security guard.

I love love love Scooters. But you changed your pumpkin syrup and it's terrible this year. I'm very upset and just want to be heard.

One of the best scooters I’ve ever gone to. They are always friendly and they are very hard workers.

I love going to the mall and getting a LARGE mango smoothie but today when I ordered a LARGE I was charged for a medium and receive A medium even though that’s not what I ordered. And when I brought it to their attention all they could come up with it is to buy a large and get changed for a large. Like they did Nothing to try to make the situation better other than saying just take the medium and buy and get charged for a large!! What I wish they would just done with make a large that I ordered then I would pay the difference! That would have made too much sense. Also they were very loud and goofing off but not really paying much attention to the orders !
