Runza - Yankee Hill

Went through the drive thru. Quick, courteous and a delicious meal.

Service was great. Fries were not up to Runza standards.

Drive thru 8:10 pm March 23,2024. Order a French onion burger extra sauteed onions large with frings pepsi no ice and a dip. Husband got a #4 large with Mt. Dew. Interrupted at least 5 times with anything else and she had to ask us to repeat things. Then when I asked to have order repeated back she was rude said it quickly. I just got irritated. My sandwich light onion.

How are you going to give multiple people their order first prior to the order that was placed online? There were people who just got to the store before I got there and just placed their order and I had to wait over 25 mins just for a chicken strip combo. The workers cooking in the back were goofing around and made and excuse that they were getting frustrated when their was no orders in the drive-thru or the front. Instead of doing their job all you can hear them doing is laughing and standing around. So unprofessional and definitely not a good look on your company. If I could give this place a zero I would
