Firestone Pizzeria - Yankee Hill

Worst service ever!!!! I was the only customer and they forgot about me let my Stromboli over cook like crazy demanded a refund cause they were trying to serve it to me, if that wasn't enough they gave it to a person who just walked up and ordered. If that wasn't enough they were eating food off the buffet during my 25 min wait and I didn't see anything being rung up! Looks like your DONE!!!!

It's an ok place. Food is alright, depending on the person. What made me upset about my experience today and that..me and me mother were skipped for having an order taken. A random guy came up and they took their order first instead of ours when we were finally ready to order and I find this extremely rude.

They bake the pizza in front of you, so it’s always fresh! Love the breadsticks with marinara sauce, it’s why I come back. The lady who works the counter all the time is very sweet.

Went in at 6:30 to get some pizza and they were already cleaning up with all the food put away. I asked if I could order and the gentleman said no. I asked when they closed and he said 7. They should be serving Food during the hours that they advertise as open. I went to the mall solely to eat here.

The kids meal we had to pay for the drink even though it was a kids meal the food was gross and as we were eating the guy dropped the tongs on the floor picked up to put them on the counter where the food was
