This is a nicest place in Yangon to have some coffee and foods.It's called Sakura Tower in downtwon, Yangon.U Phyoe Wai Moe,the restaurant manager is very friendly and show us the best sky views from his place. So don't forget to go there to have some at least have a coffee with amazing city views. Uncle IT

One of the best place for premium dining with reasonable price. Since it is located in down town of Yangon 20th floor of Sakura tower can see very nice view of the town especially in night time.

5000 kyatt to get in, but includes a glass of wine or beer. That is okay. Great view to Sule and Shwedagon pagodas. Sunset is obscured by another highrise, sadly.

Half full at 7pm so service and speed OK. Mushroom and tomato soup served with white bread buns, spareribs and the pork chop big portions. View of a dark city and the pagoda far away in the distance. Walk up the stairs to the roof top, 5000 kyat entrance fee and exchange for a beer, glass of wine or drink.
