The smoker is positioned at the front of the property, and upon entering, the interior still has a rustic shack-like feel. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the BBQ is delicious. We ordered the ribs and pulled pork, both of which were outstanding, and the selection of sauces is impressive. If you're planning to visit the Yalaha Bakery, make sure to stop here first for lunch, then head to the bakery for dessert and live music on Saturdays. There's limited outdoor seating, but the atmosphere is charming, and the food is excellent.
Absolutely amazing rustic BBQ! It's a takeout-only spot, so there's no dining area. The turkey leg looked like it came from a giant mutant turkey—it weighed around 1.5 pounds! It was incredibly tender and flavorful. The ribs were just as impressive. I would recommend skipping the Italian sausage, as it was pretty mediocre. However, the ribs and turkey leg were fantastic. I enjoyed the spicy Korean sauce and the honey gold (a honey mustard vinegar sauce), and the Memphis sweet sauce was delicious as well. I didn't try any sides, so I can't comment on those, but the meat is definitely the highlight!
I stopped by this restaurant on my way home from work. The ribs were excellent, but I found the brisket sandwich a bit small for $7.50. However, the sauce was fantastic!
