I visit this restaurant frequently since I live nearby and know the staff well. They seem to recognize me too. Today, as usual, I stopped in before work to pick up my drink and a bagel. However, when I arrived at work and looked at my bagel, I was quite surprised. If they had run out of cream cheese, it would have been thoughtful of them to let me know instead of selling me a bagel with barely any topping. I'm really disappointed, especially since I now have no breakfast for my shift, which lasts over five hours. Thanks a lot!

Great service! I don’t understand why they close so early. People coming home from work can’t grab a drink. The traffic in that area is pretty heavy between 5 and 7; just a suggestion!

I truly appreciate the service! The staff members are very friendly, and they prepare excellent coffee.
