Jimmy John's - Yakima

Quick and friendly. Always fresh and plenty of choices. Parking could be better, just because of the way the businesses are around the area.

Last week a few school bus drivers placed an order and had them delivered to the SOZO Sports Complex. We attempted again today and were told SOZO was not within the delivery service. We were put on hold with no communication and thought we were hung up on. We called back and our order was voided, again, with no communication.

When my order is correct it is really good! Unfortunately, they have only gotten my order right probably 2/10 last times that we've ordered so I prefer to order from the Yakima downtown location if possible or not at all anymore. Every time I order a veggie sandwich with Jimmy peppers added it is always missing something. For the veggie sandwich it really makes a difference if the cucumbers or Jimmy peppers are missing and this is pretty much always the case for me. I've also had a problem with them forgetting added ingredients on other people's sandwiches too.I'd suggest sticking to dine in if you order from here so you can easily get your order fixed if they mess up.

I got food poisoning here! I'm not sure if it's a Jimmy John's thing but this is the 2nd location I got sick at . The staff also looks like a little unsanitary
