Icy Tai - Yakima

This restaurant is a must-visit! The ice cream is incredible, and the service is excellent! If you happen to be in Yakima, make sure to stop by and give it a try. I can assure you won't be disappointed!

The ice cream had a lovely texture and a delicate flavor. However, the staff appeared somewhat discontented, and it reflected in their service. The primary reason for my low rating is that the cold plate still had leftover ice cream from previous orders, leading to some undesirable flavor combinations. My husband won’t be coming back, but I might consider giving it another chance.

The staff at this restaurant is wonderful, and the drinks are amazing! This is the best boba my best friend and I have ever had in Yakima!

They are doing a fantastic job, especially for a new restaurant where many staff members have only undergone a few days of training. You can witness their improvement each day as they become more skilled at handling the Cold Stone. If you’ve never used one before, it can be difficult to judge how long the process takes. It's important to remember that they are still in their initial opening phase.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the boba; it was quite tasty, although it’s not really my preference. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys boba tea. I also tried the ice cream, and it was delicious!
