Famous Dave's -b-que - Yakima

I noticed that it took quite a while for the bartender, Valenteen, to acknowledge us. About five minutes later, he glanced our way but then left the bar without even saying that he’d be right back. My wife remarked that if we weren’t attended to in the next 10 minutes, she would want to leave. After waiting an additional five minutes with no one coming over, I decided we would not wait any longer, and we left for Applebee’s, where our order was taken within five minutes. Service should not take 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. I know Valenteen could perform better—Craig Chacon trained him well. I regret having to leave this review, but I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention. Sincerely, Charles Zieger

I have visited this restaurant several times in the past. I know there have been issues with the staff, but when the tables are empty, they don't inform anyone about potential wait times. During my most recent visit, the bartender seated us and was attentive throughout our meal. They even checked in to see if we wanted refills. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

We thought today at famous dave’s in union gap as a beer a fast snack. the bartender was amazing! their suggestions for beer were great. they have 50 beers on hahn! great customer service. great food. we're coming back.

The grill is excellent and the service is outstanding. If you visit during lunch or happy hour, you’ll find some great options!

Great service. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Portions are small for the money. Overall it was alright.
