Shuck truck was the food truck I didn't know I needed in my life. in the competitive food truck industry they have all the best burgers, sauces and fries in the city! Came here to try the hot mamba based on old yelp reviews but didn't find it on the menu so unfortunately must have been cut from menu.

A seafood truck was unheard of until now! Happened to stumble across the truck at the central coast oyster festival! Prices were a little above its competitors there but quite normal in the usual food truck business, particularly for fresh seafood. The oysters were lovely and fresh, although missing a little bit of the lovely natural brine, they still held a natural saltiness. As per their recommendation we got the mango chilli dressing which really brought out the fresh oyster flavour whilst balancing it with a light sweetness. Definitely want to visit again for more of their menu!
