The prices were a bit high, but the soba noodles and broth were very delicious and carefully made. I ordered the mushroom soba, and the mushrooms were thick and flavorful, taken from Mt. Tsukiyama, adding depth to the broth and making it very tasty. The owner was friendly and even talked to us about the mushrooms, making our conversation enjoyable. Oh, just one thing. The air conditioning inside was way too strong, and it was so cold that we were shivering.
We stopped by on our way back from Tsukiyama. The soba noodles had a refreshing texture and were very delicious. The tempura, especially the scallop tempura and vegetable tempura, were exquisite! My companion ordered a large portion and finished it quickly, then ordered another serving.
I stopped by because I was craving soba noodles~ It was late but they were still open, which was great. The food was delicious. Since it was late, the owner was very friendly. It seems the owner also trained in a high-end restaurant, so the tempura was excellent. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again next time I climb Mount Gassan.
