Contribuiți la feedbackI tried to call the store on the way home from Dayton. When we moved into the parking lot of Little Caesars, the phone was still ringing. There was another customer in the store. The manager tells me they were really busy after I told her to order on the phone. Now I'm going to say that once she's apologetic about it and immediately told me that I'd only have to pay $5 for ordering $10.99. So she tells me how an older lady disregarded her tonight and she didn't want to have it. She probably didn't call either. Why don't you just answer the phone? Why don't you just stop lying, how busy you are when just a customer is in the store?
Usually this small caesars location is at best moderate, but tonight a business employee under the name shay has increased my little caesars expectations to a whole new level! Shay was very friendly and greeted me with a smile! Service was fast, hot and fresh! This experience can just landed small caesars of the #1 spot on my favorite pizzeria common list!
Since the quality of customer service and food seems to be under new management and new staff, the quality of customer service and food has become exceptional. I was really surprised with my last visit and have renewed my belief in yhe chain.
0 stars in all honesty. This store is racist, complete and complete. You have words in the mouth of the customers. For example, my friend went to this store after the order, $20. His command was the next, although a child who was BEHIND came before him and took his pre-ordered pizzas. When he confronted his workers, he was called racist and other things. Then he was banned from this place. After that, while his children eat, they found several hair in pizza dough and sauce.
