Kfc - Xenia

I dined at this restaurant yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The man at the register (younger, with long dark hair and a wrist brace) was very attentive, friendly, fast, hardworking, and kept the dining room clean. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. Thank you for a great dining experience.

I think it's bad when you order something from your store and didn't have what I ordered and have chicken available that I'm almost sure will be thrown away to accommodate but instead because it has a bone your not aloud to give me that when it cost less then the item I paid for....KFC is a whole joke!!!!! Never again

I always have a great experience at this restaurant location. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the service is prompt and friendly. Overall, one of the top fast food restaurants in Xenia.

I visited the drive-thru on May 12th, 2023 around 7:15 pm. The young man working at the window provided outstanding customer service. The food was hot and fresh.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the only draw back was the food was cold, it still tasted good but the Nashville chicken strips hot was not so hot. Overall still happy.
