Miramar - Xabia

We liked the view and the restaurant, but there was some hesitation because of the low rating. Luckily we went for it, because it was excellent. This restaurant deserves a much higher rating. Excellent paellas arroz negro and tapas. What a treat!!

Lovely location, with great views of the sea. I had the daily menu on the board outside. Small amount of all the starters, all homemade. However I ordered the oven roasted chicken, and when it came it was a chicken leg. I should of known better and asked when I ordered if it was a chicken breast. I Don't eat meat if the bone and never have. I was too busy talking when I ordered. I went inside to explain this and spoke to a helpful lady who offered to have the meat taken off the bone but I simply wouldn't eat it. She then offered to have a chicken breast cooked for me. I couldn't fault the place and how I was treated. Many thanks for a totally enjoyable meal.

What a fabulous location cute hotel/restaurant facing the seafront. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. We both had Paella Mariscos Seafood Paella. It was very disappointing. Firstly, there was very little seafood in the paella. They had 4 prawns and 4 mussels on top of the dish. There was a handful of small (frozen) prawns mixed through the rice and that was more or less it. It was seriously over seasoned too. Very poor value for money. One of the most expensive lunches we had during our holiday. Even the portion of aioli was tiny. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Lo mejor son las vistas desde luego, la terraza la tiene a un paso del paseo y del azul verdoso del Mediterráneo. Ofrece esta cafetería restaurante cercana al puerto de Jávea un menú a precios populares bastante normal, el cóctel de gambas sin gracia alguna, y el pescado bastante mediocre también. Lo dicho, lo mejor las vistas y optar por uno de los restaurantes que ofrecen cocina más auténtica cercanos al puerto pesquero.

The best are the views of course, the terrace has it one step away from the promenade and the greenish blue of the Mediterranean. offers this coffee restaurant near the port of mavea a menu at very normal prices, the shrimp cocktail without any grace, and the fish quite mediocre also. the saying, the best views and choose one of the restaurants that offer authentic cuisine near the fishing port.
