Finishing a day on the New River whitewater and headung to Gatlinburg, stopped at Wytheville for gas and food. Highway truck stop had the usuals but looking for authentic digs, so did a web search and Grayson stood out immediately. After a few minutes wend to the locale small place, decent parking but packed (good karma) on a Tuesday noon. What can I say that has not been conveyed a great meal, breakfast all day, fried green tomatoes, daily specials, great prices. What more could one ask. How about superb service a shout out to Ashley (C Suite take note) vibrant, knowledgeable, full of spirit and local stories. She could be a belle out of central casting. A gem and a real asset to Grayson's. If passing anywhere nearby, take the time and get there, you will love it. GO.

4 out of town guys . . . we were all impressed with the quality of the food and the low prices. Will definitely return.

Quick service and tasty food. The restaurant could benefit from a bit of renovation, but it was tidy.
