Kfc - Wyre Forest

KFC has been the worst experience we've ever had. The food was cold and undercooked. We recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere. Avoid KFC at all costs.

I went to KFC on Sunday, April 10th and asked for a boneless meal, but they said they were out of mini-fillets. It was around 9:40pm when I placed my order, and they told me it would be a 15-minute wait while they cooked it. After 30 minutes of waiting, I checked on my order and no one knew about it. It turns out they had even forgotten to put the order on the screen. The staff member who took our order seemed disappointed. I will not be returning to this KFC.

When I went to order at the counter, the till was not working, so I was directed to order on the kiosk. Unfortunately, wraps and large drinks were not available on the kiosk, so I had to go back to the till to complete my order. The packaging was not up to par and the employees seemed to think that the grater needed a cleaning.

I don't understand how they can get gravy from baked beans that are beyond me, but the personal is not 100% as they just grunt and give them the wrong badest kfc in the uk to far

Always a problem at this restaurant. Either you are missing something or it's over cooked or under cooled or cold.... complained to the franchise time and time again and nothing gets sorted out....Avoid
