Emperor Takeaway - Wyre Forest

We have been ordering from this takeout restaurant for a while now and usually have good experiences. However, tonight was a disappointment. The food arrived cold, the sweet and sour prawns were overcooked and lacked sauce. We ordered through Just Eat and when I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing sauce, they said they had run out. When I called back to express my dissatisfaction, there were no managers available and I was informed I could claim a refund through Just Eat. Overall, the food and service were subpar and I would advise others to avoid this establishment. It's a shame.

3 hours late for awful food delivered(eventually) for a takeaway, waste of money and horrendous customer service

I placed an order at 6:15 PM and was told that my food would arrive by 7:30 PM. However, when I called again at 7:55 PM, I was informed that it would be another 15 minutes. After calling once more at 8:40 PM, my food still had not arrived. This experience was a total waste of time. I will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered online and collected the takeaway. The food portion sizes were great and really tasty food. Would definitely recommend

I had a craving for chicken fried rice but unfortunately, I was disappointed with my choice at this restaurant. The dish lacked seasoning, egg, and peas, resulting in bland rice and boiled chicken. I had to add my own peas and plenty of soy sauce to make it somewhat tolerable. It was definitely not what I expected from a fried rice dish, it was a disappointing experience overall. Additionally, the prawn crackers were also a letdown, being thick and tasteless.
