The Works At Wyomissing

This place is great and my family and I had a great time for my son’s birthday. The only reason why I took a star away is you can use the Play place up the stairs in the arcade. It was blocked off and my husband asked and he said it is reserved for birthday parties. Also I read the reviews and many people complained the machines did not work. We lost our points to play games on three games that is disappointing. But either than that it was an almost two hour ride and the kids would love to go back on day.

Ballocity is the best. I hosted my son's birthday party here and attended one held here, both times were amazing!

We had our sons 8th birthday there in late December and it was awesome! We had the entire ball ocity section to ourselves so we didn't have to worry about bigger kids or strangers in there. We have food allergies (gluten) so we were able to bring in our own pizza. My nephew hurt his foot and I went into the kitchen to ask for ice and they were fast and friendly even in the kitchen. The coordinator was attentive and kept on top of what needed to be refilled and done. I would do this again anytime, and am thinking of having all the kids from his grade at school as an end of year party!

The kids (ages 2-7) had a great time running around and playing in the arcade. Unfortunately, the trampoline park was closed for a private event, which was a disappointment. As for the restaurant, it was rather underwhelming; my pizza arrived cold.

We visited NYE for a few hours and had a fantastic time. For just $20, we each got 115 credits and spent around 2 hours playing games. You could definitely go through the credits more quickly, but we opted for the more affordable games. Most games cost between 4 and 9 credits, with the claw machines being the priciest. The gentleman working behind the counter while the kids collected their prizes was very patient and friendly. Thank you!
